Translating Munro

The challenges for training and workforce development arising from the Munro Review

Delegates welcomed the opportunity to hear about the key workforce issues arising from the Munro review and the Government’s response to it.

They were provided with the latest tools and solutions to overcome their work-based challenges, and able to sample NSPCC services that could assist them in meeting identified workforce needs.
