Premature sexualisation: understanding the risks: outcomes of the NSPCC’s expert seminar series (PDF, 374KB)
is a summary of expert opinion on the sexualisation of children.
Early in 2011, the NSPCC ran a series of seminars on the risks associated with premature sexualisation.
The aim was to help us develop policy responses to sexualisation. The seminars brought together academics, practitioners and policy makers with particular expertise in this area.
This report summarises the discussions at the events and draws out key messages, policy recommendations and questions for further research.
