NSPCC Cymru's vision is to provide a high standard of training to equip individuals and organisations with the necessary skills, knowledge and values to safeguard children. The NSPCC recognises the cultural, legislative and socio-economic identity of Wales and is pleased to be able to deliver this service within Wales itself.

We aim to achieve this in Wales by assisting in the development of a safeguarding workforce. Whether you are a large or small organisation, a member of the statutory, commercial or voluntary sector, a paid employee or volunteer, we believe you can actively contribute to safeguarding children and young people.

The services we provide are tailored to your organisation's needs and take account of the Welsh context.

We can provide:

training needs analyses to help you identify the learning needs in your organisation and plan training and development solutions
bespoke courses and programmes to meet your specific training and development needs
training courses for delivery on request which are tried and tested and can be delivered at a venue which suits the needs of your organisation, including:
