The NSPCC National Training Centre offers three conference packages:
24-hour residential conference package
This all-inclusive package is available for groups with a minimum of 10 delegates, and is available in all our meeting rooms.
Residential delegates receive:
- overnight accommodation in one of our 32 en suite bedrooms
- a resource centre for private study
- delicious three-course dining in the restaurant
- reduced rates at the local leisure centre
- tea and coffee available in the lounge area
- licensed bar in the evening.
What’s included?:
- overnight accommodation
- main meeting room hire
- flipchart and pens
- television and video
- trainer’s toolkit - with pens, scissors, pencils and other necessities for your group
- car parking for delegates.
Refreshments:
- traditional English or continental breakfast
- coffee, selections of teas and infusions served with home-made cakes, fresh fruit and biscuits mid-morning and afternoon
- chilled water and mints in the conference room
- two-course hot buffet lunch, including a selection of homemade desserts and a choice of coffees, teas and infusions
- three-course dinner, followed with a choice of coffees, selection of teas and infusions
- all refreshments are served in our restaurant area.

Day delegate package

The conference hall package
The conference hall is a purpose-built presentation room that benefits from plenty of natural light and opens onto a courtyard area. The hall seats a maximum of 220 delegates and has staging, a data projection unit, a presentation screen and a sound system. There is also a fitted hearing loop system.
What’s included?:
- coffee, selections of teas and infusions served with biscuits on arrival, midmorning and afternoon
- two-course hot buffet lunch, including a selection of home-made cakes, fresh fruit and biscuits mid morning and afternoon
- main meeting room hire
- data projection
- PA system and roving microphones
- lectern
- flipchart and pens
- television and video
- trainer’s toolkit - with pens, scissors, pencils and other necessities for your group
- chilled water and mints in the conference room
- limited car parking for delegates
- the conference hall can be split into three rooms, the main theatre holding 120 and then two breakout rooms holding 50 in each. It is fully accessible and has a fitted hearing loop.
A minimum of 80 delegates on a day delegate rate are required for the full use of the conference hall.
