The course is designed around the values, principles and standards of behaviour in individual organisations and gives participants advanced interviewing skills to explore individuals’ fit with their organisational culture.

Participants will learn how to assess aspects of a candidate's character which are difficult to test but essential for being effective in work in child focused organisations, such as values, attitudes, beliefs and behaviour. The course will demonstrate how to explore "gut feeling" and remain fair and non-discriminatory when asking probing questions.
