Aimed at anyone who comes into contact with children through their work, to gain a better understanding of safeguarding and the processes involved in child protection.
Distance-learning option
Child protection awareness is a four module EduCare programme that can be purchased online.
Aimed at designated officers, practitioners, and those in supervisory or training positions who have already completed a basic child protection course.

For those wanting to develop core skills in planning, designing, delivering and evaluating child protection training

Internet safety training
Aimed at those who have previously received training and need now to update and refresh their knowledge and skills.
Government guidance recommends that refresher training should take place every three years. The NSPCC's courses will help you and your staff maintain and update competencies in safeguarding children and young people.

All our courses are consistent with government guidance and our scheduled (non-refresher) courses in England, Wales and Northern Ireland are CPD certified - www.cpduk.co.uk.
