NSPCC Training in Wales

Child protection training and consultancy from NSPCC Cymru

We recognise the cultural, legislative and socio-economic identity of Wales and are pleased to offer a nation-specific training and consultancy service.

NSPCC Cymru's vision

To provide a high standard of training so as to equip individuals and organisations with the necessary skills, knowledge and values to safeguard children in Wales. We aim to achieve this by assisting in the development of a safeguarding workforce.

Services

Whether you are a large or small organisation, a member of the statutory, commercial or voluntary sector, a paid employee or volunteer, we believe you can actively contribute to safeguarding children and young people.

We offer scheduled as well as bespoke training. Our scheduled courses held in Cardiff include Introduction to child protection and Designated senior person for safeguarding children training (schools and colleges).

Our bespoke training is tailored to organisational needs, taking account of the Welsh context, and can be delivered at a venue on a date that suits your organisation.

We can provide training needs analyses to help you identify the learning needs in your organisation and plan training and development solutions accordingly.

View a list of all our training courses or call 0808 800 5000 to discuss your requirements.
