Make a complaint

To make a complaint to the NSPCC  please email our Public Enquiry Point. Your complaint will be passed on to the appropriate department.
Alternatively you can write to the Public Enquiry Point at: NSPCC, Weston House, 42 Curtain Road, London, EC2A 3NH
If you wish to make a complaint about an NSPCC service or project in your area, please contact your local NSPCC office in the first instance.
