Donating through your tax return
If you are entitled to a tax refund , you can choose to have all or part of the repayment sent directly to the NSPCC and even Gift Aid it.
All donations go directly to the NSPCC and every penny donated through your tax refund will help us in our ongoing work to prevent cruelty to children in the UK.
How to donate through your tax return
By using the Legatio Ftax software
Filling in your tax return using this downloadable software helps you to complete your tax form and calculates your tax liability, you can ensure that the Inland Revenue will then pay your donation to us.
Through your self assessment tax return
You can choose to have all or part of your tax refund repayment sent directly to a charity of your choice - this is called ‘Self Assessment Giving’ or ‘SA Donate’.
Donating though your tax return creates a real opportunity for charities to benefit from a new source of tax efficient donations, so please use the opportunity and help us promote it by sharing this information with your family, friends and work colleagues.
To donate to the NSPCC, you will need our charity code inland revenue number (required for field 19A.3 on the Legatio Ftax form), which is TAA74EG.
