I am:

Christenings and naming ceremonies

If the birth of your child has highlighted the importance of a loving, respectful and protective family, use your celebration to help other children.

Making it easy for you

  • Spoon and thank you certificateInclude our donation cards with your invite to the christening or naming ceremony asking your guests to make a donation to the NSPCC rather than buying gifts. They can return the card with a donation directly to us and we’ll thank them on your behalf. A couple of months after the christening we’ll let you know how much has been raised altogether.
  • Raise money online by setting up a page on Virgin Money Giving and asking friends to donate online. See how great Kate's page looks.
  • Hold a collection on the day using our donation boxes and envelopes.

As a big thank you from us, your child will receive a certificate and a special  'helping hand' spoon, so that when they grow up they’ll know how they’ve helped other children.

Get in touch

Please complete the Christening Celebrate and Give form and we will send you your materials. If you have any questions you can reach us on 020 7825 2814 or email celebrate@nspcc.org.uk.

Beau Regan's christening

"Becoming parents made us both more aware that there are so many children who need help and they don’t get the chances they deserve without assistance from the NSPCC."
