Gifts in kind
Offering gifts in kind is another great way to show your support for the NSPCC. This enables companies to contribute to our objectives in a way that is entirely relevant to their business.
With the continuous development of NSPCC services, we are in constant need of new (or second-hand) equipment and assets including:
- equipment
- technology and associated expertise
- fundraising prizes
- skills and training
Gifts in kind can go a long way to ensure that we continue to run our services and assist the children who need our help.
Gifts in kind provide mutual benefits
Scottish and Southern Energy provided equipment to NSPCC projects through their "hi-energy shop". Over £144,000 of goods were donated including TVs, DVDs, camcorders, digital cameras, ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, fridge freezers and microwaves.
The Gift in Kind programme provided the projects with much-needed equipment and helped further integrate our partnership with Scottish and Southern. It also generated some very good local PR coverage.
