Fidelity Worldwide Investment
Fidelity Worldwide Investment has been supporting the NSPCC since 1987 with donations for various appeals as well as more co-ordinated campaigns. To date, Fidelity has raised over £200,000 for the NSPCC.
Fundraising initiatives
In 2006 the NSPCC benefitted from the introduction of a new online customer initiative linked to investments. For everyone who signed up to this new online scheme, Fidelity gave £25 cash back to the customer and matched this with a generous donation of £25 to the NSPCC and CHILDREN 1ST for customers in Scotland. This scheme raised almost £180,000 in just a few months and led to the company being awarded the NSPCC Patron status.
Annual dress down days are organised through the Fidelity Corporate Citizenship programme in their offices in Kent, Surrey and London, while more recently the company has helped with a Letter from Santa desk drop. Employee volunteering opportunities are regularly promoted to Fidelity employees, and a warm relationship between the two organisations continues.
