Why support us

Working in partnership with the NSPCC can bring lasting benefits to your company whilst helping children and young people.

Listed below are some of the benefits we can offer and some specific examples of how we have helped companies. If you’re interested in learning how you can get your company involved with us, contact our corporate team.

Increase staff morale

An association with us can benefit your company by helping enthuse your staff. For the past 23 years BT has been working with ChildLine and the partnership has provided huge benefits for both organisations. BT’s employee fundraising has raised over £10 million for ChildLine since 2002, while 82 per cent of BT employees say they feel more motivated to work for BT because of their support for ChildLine.

Build your brand

By using effective PR and marketing your brand you could be associated with one of the most recognised children’s charities in the UK. In tests, 97 per cent of people recognise the NSPCC when shown the logo, making it a charity that your staff, customers and stakeholders would recognise and trust.

Increase your sales and improve cash flow

Promote your alliance with the NSPCC and benefit financially. Swiftcover.com selected the NSPCC as its charity of choice in 2006, and agreed to contribute £1 for every new car insurance policy sold. During the 18-month partnership Swiftcover’s sales increased by 250 per cent.

Corporate responsibility at a local level

Although the NSPCC is a national charity, we have a strong local focus with regional services throughout the country. Our regional corporate managers will ensure that not only will you work directly with your closest local office, but you can also make a relevant contribution to your community.

Take advantage of volunteering and pro-bono opportunities

Our corporate partnerships allow your staff the opportunity to volunteer with us. Whether they work with ChildLine, on one of our projects, undertake pro bono work or help with a fundraising event, they will make a valuable contribution and have a rewarding experience.

Increase your networking opportunities

The NSPCC has a large portfolio of events that you can attend to engage your staff and potential stakeholders. If you’d like more information about involving your colleagues contact the Corporate Partnerships Team.
