Is your pub the brainiest in Cumbria?

Pubs across Cumbria are set to compete against each other in a county-wide pub quiz competition, the Great Lakeland Pub Quiz.

The fundraising quiz will see Lakeland locals compete for the title of Lakeland's brainiest pub, while raising money for the NSPCC's ChildLine service.

How it works

Quizmasters in participating pubs will hold the same quiz, with the same questions, on 1 March. Questions will be prepared by the local NSPCC Westmorland Committee.

Answer sheets will then be submitted to the Committee, who will work out the winning pub. The brainiest pub in Lakeland will be announced the following week and will receive a special award to display behind their bar.
