Standard Bank Dragon Boat Race

The third Standard Bank Dragon Boat Race is taking place on the Saturday 19 May and teams will be battling it out for the title.

Dragon Boat Racing is a test of physical and mental strength and teamwork.

Teams of 10-15 people paddle in a 30ft boat with a drummer to beat time and a qualified helm provided to keep you on course.

Friends, family and colleagues get to soak up the fun-filled atmosphere of this family day out whilst supporting the NSPCC.

The 2011 Standard Bank Dragon Boat Race was a fantastic success and a massive and heartfelt thanks goes to all of the participants and guests, without their efforts we would not have raised £27,000 for the ChildLine Schools Service and this year it will be even better!
