Celebrate the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic games by taking part in a Gold Challenge for the NSPCC. There are four different challenge options to choose from, each catering for participants of all abilities, and allowing you do your Gold Challenge in your preferred sports and distances.

Experience the thrill of the Olympic Stadium before the real thing at this official test event. You'll be joined by celebrities, team GB legends and other fundraisers.

2012 km challenge

This Gold Challenge celebrates the excitement of the Olympic year. Set your target distance at 2,012, 201.2 or 20.12km and choose your preferred sports in which to complete it, all in honour of the 2012 Olympic Games.

Gold Challenge in a gym

This is a five-sport challenge that has to be completed in 24 hours. Choose your fitness level, then walk, cycle, row, run and swim your way to the finish line.

Olympic sports challenge

This is a Gold Challenge for those of you who want to get outside your comfort zone and try out new sports. Pick a set number of Olympic and Paralympic sports to learn or improve on: either 5, 10, 20 or 30 different sports. Then coach or take part in a competitive event to complete your challenge.
