Gold Challenge in a Gym
Test your fitness over five Olympic sports

This Gold Challenge event is a five-sport challenge that has to be completed as quickly as possible within the same day. Choose your preferred distances from three set levels, then walk, cycle, row, run and swim your way to the finish line.

Choose your preferred distances from three set levels: sprint, endurance or ultra:

- Complete your challenge in a gym or outdoors
- Complete it as an individual or as part of a team

To take part, all you need to do is register for free on the Gold Challenge website.
Olympic prize
Get your fundraising going now and you could be in with the chance to run the 100m sprint track in the Olympic Stadium on 1 April, watched by your friends, family and 20,000 spectators. The top 72 participants who raise the most money before 29 February will win a place in this competition, for more information please see the Gold Challenge website.
