This is a challenge for those of you who want to get outside your comfort zone by trying new sports. First pick a set number of Olympic and Paralympic sports to learn or improve on: either 5, 10, 20 or 30 different sports. Then coach or take part in a competitive event to complete your challenge.
Choose your sports

Choose how to do your challenge
This is your challenge and you can choose how you do it:
- Complete your challenge indoors or outdoors
- Choose completely new sports, or push yourself further in your favorite sport
- Complete it as an individual or as part of a team
