Brighton Marathon
Date of event: 15 April 2012
The NSPCC is delighted to be the National Charity Partner of the Brighton Marathon 2012 and we would love you to join our team! All money raised will fund our ChildLine service, now celebrating its 25th year.
This popular marathon is reasonably fast and flat, touring much of the city of Brighton and Hove and taking in the glorious coastal views.
Run for the NSPCC
You can join our team in two ways.
Apply for an NSPCC charity place
For an NSPCC charity place, please fill in our online registration form where you will be asked to pay a £50 registration fee. This will secure your place on the team. We ask that you commit to raise at least £500 to support our work protecting vulnerable children across the UK.
Run for the NSPCC using your own place
If you've secured your own place from the event organisers, we'd love to welcome you to the team straight away. All you need to do is fill in our own place registration form. There is no minimum sponsorship commitment, we just ask that you raise as much as you can for children.
Mini Mile
Starting at 8.30am, on the morning of race day, children aged 7-17 can take part in staged races covering the last mile of the marathon course along the picturesque sea front. All children taking part will receive a souvenir t-shirt, goody bag and medal! This really makes the Brighton marathon a fun day out for all the family. For more information and to register your child in the race, visit the Brighton marathon website.

Our runners mean the world to us, so in return we provide:
