Great Birmingham Run

Venue: Birmingham City Centre
Ticket price: £20
Previously known as the Birmingham Half Marathon, this exciting new event is now part of the Great Run series. The course will take participants on a 13.1 mile journey from the City Centre down Pershore Road to Bournville before doubling back and taking in the sights of Edgbaston Cricket Ground and Cannon Hill park en route back to the City Centre and the finish.
Run for the NSPCC
You can run for the NSPCC in two ways:
- Visit the Great Birmingham Run website to register in the race directly with the organisers. Once you've done this, simply let us know by filling in our registration form and you'll get our full support.
- Apply for a charity place with the NSPCC by filling in our charity place registration form. We ask that you pay a registration fee of £20 and commit to raising £250 in sponsorship to help vulnerable children.
Where your money goes
Every penny you raise by taking part in this fantastic event will go towards helping vulnerable children across the UK who need our help. We want to protect the most vulnerable children in society, as well as being there for every child who needs us through services like ChildLine and the NSPCC Helpline.
