HACK 2012 terms and conditions
You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit enough to participate in the walk and we suggest that you take medical advice before registering for the walk. You must ensure that you have the appropriate clothing, refreshment and undertaken the necessary preparation (including fitness) to participate in the walk. Our liability to compensate you (in the case of loss or damage other than death or personal injury) is limited to a reasonable amount having regard to such factors as whether the loss or damage was due to a negligent act or omission by the NSPCC or breach of any duties or obligations imposed on us by law.
Unless the walk is cancelled by the NSPCC, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. No pets allowed.
Challenge must be completed within daylight hours.
We may take photos of you on the day and during the event or film you. We would like to use the images captured for post event publicity or to promote future NSPCC events. By ticking the terms and conditions box when registering for this event, you confirm your consent to use of your image as well as its use online by the NSPCC for post event publicity or to promote future NSPCC events.
We ask each participant to raise as much as possible with a minimum sponsorship of between £50 and £100 depending on the distance selected.
