Amir Khan, boxer
Amir has supported the NSPCC since 2004. As an NSPCC ambassador, he works closely with our schools teams to help children understand what abuse is, encourage them to talk about abuse and ensure they know where to turn to if they need help.
Amir Khan said:
“It is an honour to be appointed an NSPCC ambassador and it is a role I will take very seriously. I am lucky that I have always had friends and family around me, encouraging me to follow my dreams - some children just dream of a life free from abuse and cruelty. I hope my appointment will encourage more children to have confidence to speak out and believe in themselves.”
