This year's ChildLine Ball will take place on Wednesday 8 October in the elegant and intimate surroundings of the Park Lane Hotel in London.
This glitzy, glamorous event features stars and dancers from the popular BBC show, Strictly Come Dancing, gathering together with guests to celebrate the delights of ballroom dancing and show continued support for children and young people less fortunate in the UK.
We have a fantastic line-up for the evening, featuring celebrities such as Fiona Bruce, Ben Shephard and Tony Christie of 'Is this the way to Amarillo' fame.
The ChildLine Ball is an established annual highlight of the charity calendar, noted for its especially celebratory atmosphere and the ideal opportunity to entertain honoured guests in style. As an accompaniment to the fine food, entertainment, glitz and glamour, guests can participate in a variety of fundraising activities. Some dazzling prizes on offer include a Desperate Housewives set and Meet the Cast visit, a trip to New York to see a hit family show, with flights and accommodation, and the chance to own the fairy princess dress worn by Amy Adams in Enchanted. A silent auction that allows guests to bid during the evening on a range of items from their tables using handheld consoles, outbidding other guests and adding to the entertainment as they go.
Tickets are £3,000 for a table of 10 or £3,600 for a table of 12.
