If you're looking for something fun to do this summer, why not join one of our BIG BIKE RIDEs ? We've got rides happening all over the country and they promise to be a great day out for all your friends and family, as well as being a fantastic way to support the NSPCC.
Ways to get involved
There are three easy ways to take part in the BIG BIKE RIDE:
1. Join a BIG BIKE RIDE in your area
Get involved by joining a current event in your area. To see a list of bike rides taking place in your area, visit the NSPCC’s BIG BIKE RIDE website at www.BIGBIKERIDE.co.uk/join
Look out for our three BIG ONEs:
NewcastleGateshead, Saturday 28 June, Derwent Walk Country Park:
Sussex Sunday 20 July, Christ's Hospital school, Horsham:
Cardiff, Saturday 26 July, Bute Park;
2. Organise your own BIG BIKE RIDE
Or why not organise your own sponsored bike ride with friend and family in your local area? Visit www.BIGBIKERIDE.co.
3. Help out at an event
If you're not a cyclist yourself, you can still be a part of the BIG BIKE RIDE by volunteering to help out with marshalling and registration at our three BIG ONEs. It would be great to have you on board to help make the BIG BIKE RIDE a huge success, and would only take a few hours of your time. To find out more please email BIGBIKERIDE@nspcc.org.uk
