Working Together: securing a better future for our babies, children and young people

With a general election expected this year, there is an opportunity to secure changes for children. Nearly three in ten children in the UK are living in poverty1 - a national children’s strategy has never been more needed. We’re working to put young people at the heart of government’s policy-making so we can all work together to protect babies, children and young people.

What to expect from How Safe 2024

Over the course of the event more than 500 safeguarding professionals across sectors including education, health, charity, community and social care will come together.

By attending, guests will gain:

  • invaluable insights and knowledge on latest safeguarding trends
  • shared policy and information
  • techniques to use in their practice.
“An absolutely excellent day. I couldn’t praise the presenters enough: I’m leaving inspired with new evidence, determination and energy”
