Making your choice

If you need immediate contact with a child protection officer, choose Help by phone. Contact us this way if you have serious concerns about a child or if you prefer to talk one-to-one.

If your problem is not urgent, but you need to talk it through, would be a good choice. It also helps us keep the main Helpline number free for emergencies.

We can arrange a translation service over the telephone if you require help in another language.

If you have hearing problems, use our 24-hour Textphone service on 0808 056 0566.
