Joanne's special message

Joanne has been helping us campaign for a Children's Commissioner in England.

She was badly bullied at school and things could have been different if she'd had a Children's Commissioner to turn to.

Joanne visited London to hand-deliver her message to the Prime Minister, Tony Blair, and got to speak to him about why young people need a Children's Commissioner.
