Thank you Ben Miles and Slimming World

Ben Miles, the son of Slimming World founder Margaret Miles-Bramwell, cycled an incredible 6,000km from Gibraltar to Nordkaap in Norway, the northernmost point of Europe. The challenge of cycling through Spain, France, England, Sweden, Finland and Norway took him six weeks.

Ben’s challenge raised money for the NSPCC and was helped along the way by a huge support crew. Slimming World members and their friends and family came together to celebrate and raise money through five party in the park events whilst Ben was in England. Slimming World also produced a special healthy Hi-Fi Bar flavoured with Ben’s favourite – butterscotch.

The challenge was the latest in over ten years of support for the NSPCC from Slimming World which has raised over £1,200,000. Slimming World groups all over the UK have made a huge difference through Slimathons, marathons, sponsored events and book sales.
