Join our live Twitter debate
Are you a social worker, therapist, health worker, or other professional working with children and young people? We want to hear your opinions and ideas about how better therapeutic services could help more abused children rebuild their lives.
We're hosting a live debate on Twitter from 1pm to 2pm on Thursday 8 September. This is your chance to put your questions to the NSPCC and share ideas and opinions with the child protection community.
The NSPCC is calling for more therapeutic services for children. Currently there are only enough services to help around one in four children who need therapeutic treatment.
What do you think about the current situation on the frontline? Is there enough good quality training available for professionals? What are the main challenges facing providers of therapeutic services?
You can put questions to an NSPCC panel including, John Grounds, director of child protection training and consultancy and Melanie Pace, head of training.
Send your questions in advance via Twitter to @nspcc and remember to include the #therapyQ&A hashtag.
