NSPCC welcomes Facebook friends
A Facebook campaign in December urged users to swap their profile picture for a cartoon character in support of the fight against child abuse and has led to our number of Facebook fans increasing from 65,000 to 110,000 in just a few days. And the numbers are still going up.
The campaign was not initiated by us the NSPCC and while we had no part in the campaign, we are extremely grateful for the added support and extra publicity it has given to our work in ending cruelty to children in the UK.
