We interviewed Amir Khan, NSPCC ambassador in the world famous Peacock Gym in London. He speaks about what you should do when you are being bullied.
I'm Amir Khan and I'm a boxer. I went to the Olympics at 17 and I came back with a silver medal. I've got ambitions in the future - I want to be one of the youngest British World Champions ever and I'm honoured to be an ambassador of the NSPCC. The NSPCC is a charity very close to my heart.
Being an ambassador of the NSPCC means a lot to me. I was young and I know people who have been bullied. They were just getting bullied every day and they just kept it to themselves. As soon as they told someone it just put a stop to it. If you are being bullied don't hide it because when you hide it then there's nothing going to be solved. If you're just going to hide it it's always going to get worse and we just want to put a stop to that. And I just want to send a message across to people that if you are being bullied not to be scared - just phone Childline or tell somebody and it will be sorted.
Some people think it's not their business and they're not going to help but there are a lot of people out there who want to help, like myself, and if I know someone who is being bullied I'm going to help them.
For me to help and be an ambassador means a lot to me, my family, my friends. We all want bullying to stop and having NSPCC doing that and me supporting that with them I think it's going to be good."
If you are being bullied, or are bullying others, or being an onlooker, it is really important you talk to someone you trust about what's going on.
