How you can help
Scotland
"From life experience, I know how important it is to share problems, and I wanted to be part of an organisation that allows young people and children to do this. What I get out of ChildLine is huge in terms of self-development and achievement.
"Leaving a shift with the feeling that I may have made even a small difference to someone is extremely rewarding. People have said to me "I couldn't do this" - but after the volunteer information meeting all I was thinking was "how could I not do this". I never realised just how many volunteers ChildLine needed."
Arlene Donald, ChildLine volunteer counsellor in Glasgow.
