I am:

Human Resources

The NSPCC is inspired by a belief that we can make a difference for all children. That's why we aim to end cruelty to children in the UK. Even if it takes many generations to realise it, we achieve much more for children by having this inspirational vision.

The Human Resources function contributes to that aim by ensuring we are able to attract, recruit and retain people with the right mix of skills, experience, competence, values and beliefs and high level of commitment to the NSPCC.  Our objective is to be an employer of choice for people who want to work with and for children and to offer our people an innovative, leading HR provision within the Charity sector.

What it's like to work here

Working in HR puts you right at the heart of the organisation, we are usually involved in and often leading on key organisational developments. We strive to be innovative and leading edge as an organisation and within HR. This means that working with us is exciting, challenging and very busy.
