What you can expect from us

There are so many reasons to work for the NSPCC. We reward your hard work and commitment with great support and flexible working conditions.

Recognising your contribution

There’s an exciting pay and reward system , which is regularly reviewed to reflect the top end of the market value for your role. Exceptional performance is even rewarded with a contribution bonus, equivalent to a month’s pay.

You’ll work 35 hours a week full-time and have 29 days’ annual leave, which increases the longer you work here. There is a pension plan where we put in more than double the amount you do. We also want to make sure you don’t go without, so various allowances are available, depending on the job, location and shift pattern.

Other work-related benefits

We invest heavily in training and development and hold the Investors in People Standard. We believe in employing people from a wide range of backgrounds and as part of our Equality and Diversity strategy we have established a number of support and advisory groups for employees and we are committed to the employment of disabled people. Find out more

Helping you to find the work-life balance

Our flexible working practices (including job-share and part-time posts) will help to ensure you find the right balance for your circumstances. Our Employee Assistance Program means support is always available for you on personal and general topics if you ever need to talk. Find out more
