Tapering your training
You're now at one of the highlights of your training - the taper! This means that the last of your long training runs is in the past, and it's now time to let your body recover and prepare for the big day.
It might feel strange to be relatively inactive after so many months of training, but there would be nothing worse than picking up an injury now so just enjoy the rest days.
