Cycle 300k in 30 days and help us be here for children
Social distancing doesn’t have to get in the way of a challenge. Stay active by signing up to Ride300. Saddle up and cycle 300k in 30 days and raise £100 to help us be here for children.
Whether you cover 10k each day or go for fewer longer rides, you’ll be taking on a cycle challenge to be proud of, and making a huge difference to children’s lives at this difficult time.
Why take part?
Stay active during lockdown
Make your daily exercise count and take on a cycle challenge! Remember to follow government guidelines on social distancing.
Help us answer calls to our Helpline
Home isn't a safe place for every child and they need us now more than ever. Take part and help us be here for children.
Support our Childline service
We’ve had to adapt quickly to keep our service running, and make sure we’re still here for children. You can help us be here tomorrow, and the next day.
How your fundraising makes a difference
This has been a difficult time for everyone, but many children have been experiencing abuse and neglect at home, increased risk online and further pressures on their mental health. It’s also had an effect on younger children, with an increase in children under 11 turning to our Childline service for help with mental health issues.
“I really want to get out of the house and be somewhere safe and happy. I’m scared that my parents will get angry and hurt me more if I tell someone.”*

More ways to support us
Run, walk or jog 30k in 30 days and help us raise vital funds for Childline so we can be here for children.
Childline was a lifeline for children during the Spring lockdown. Now with new restrictions, children need somewhere to turn this Christmas. Please donate today to answer a child's call for help.
