How your donations make an impact
In the first year of coronavirus restrictions, Childline delivered over 16,000 counselling sessions about abuse.
We have over 1,200 volunteer counsellors working in 12 Childline bases across the UK supervised by a team of professional managers.
Around 90% of our funding comes from voluntary income, helping us reach children across the UK

How your money is spent
Around 80p in every £1 we spend goes directly to helping children and young people. This includes working with children and families, our helplines, schools service and child protection and awareness campaigns like PANTS. Read our Annual Report (PDF).
