How payroll giving works
Donating with payroll giving is a simple and easy way to give to the NSPCC directly from your pay.
You can donate through your pay before tax is deducted, so it’s less cost to you. Anyone can donate with payroll giving, however you're paid.
You won’t need to give us your bank details and can also change or stop your donation at any time by contacting your payroll department.
How to start payroll giving
1. Sign up to payroll giving online via Payroll giving in action and choose us as your charity.
2. Your employer will then start to deduct the donation from your gross pay, so it costs you less.
3. Your donation should start within 3 months. Set up a new one if you change employers.
How your donation helps
£5 could pay to answer a call to the NSPCC Helpline.
£10 could pay for art materials to help a child express how they feel.
£20 could pay to answer 5 children’s calls to Childline.

Uncertainty and worry from the pandemic has taken a toll on children's mental health. And Childline could be the only place they can turn for help. Will you help us be here?
We've agreed to stick to a strict set of codes and a fundraising promise, which means we treat our supporters and donors with respect, fairness and honesty and we are always clear about how we raise money.
In 2019/20 we spent £86.8 million (79.7%) on services and activities to make children and young people safer. This includes working with children and families, our helplines, schools service and child protection and awareness campaigns like PANTS. Read our Annual Report.
