Research opt-out form

As part of our desire to improve the experience our supporters receive, we have appointed two independent research companies – Criteria and True Insights – to conduct research interviews on our behalf with our supporters.

By taking part, you will be helping us to understand ways we can continue to develop the experience of supporting NSPCC.

This is a completely voluntary process. If you would prefer not to be approached about this research please complete the form below and click ‘submit’.

Please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours for your instruction to be actioned.

By completing the above form, you are opting out of this research project only. It does not affect the way the NSPCC already contacts you with news about our work, how your support can make a difference and the variety of exciting ways you can help in the future.

You can change the way we contact you at any time by calling our Supporter Care team on 020 7825 2505 or emailing them at [email protected]. You can find out about how we keep your data safe through our privacy policy at nspcc.org.uk/privacy-policy

If you would like to complain about any aspect of the study, the NSPCC has established a complaints procedure. You can contact any NSPCC member of staff, volunteer or local office or email [email protected]. You can also call the NSPCC Supporter Care team on 020 7825 2505 .
