Walpole Brands of Tomorrow Luxury Hamper Prize Draw terms and conditions

  1. This prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 and over but excludes employees of the NSPCC, and companies or persons associated with the draw. No donation or payment is necessary.

  2. To enter for free, complete and submit the entry survey containing your full name, phone number and email address. The winner will be contacted to arrange delivery - and will provide the delivery address details then.

  3. The prize draw shall commence on Monday 30th November 2020 at 5.30pm and will close on Monday 21st December at 2.00pm. The prize winner will be selected randomly from all qualifying entries on Monday 21st December at 2.30pm. If the winner cannot be notified within 3 days of the closing date then an alternative winner will be selected. The winner will be notified via email or telephone.

  4. The prize is a Walpole Brands of Tomorrow Luxury Hamper. This includes an Anabela Chan gift voucher and experience, an Anatome Gift box, an Araminta Campbell Alpaca Blanket, a Country of Origin Sweater, Hat and Scarf, a Dai DNA VIP Styling Experience and voucher, a Hedoine Pack of Designer tights, a Matthew Cox Lobby Box and voucher, a Peppa & Co Knitted Wool 6 Piece Gift Set, a Ruuby Spa Gift Card and Black Label membership package, a Shackleton Hero Sweater, a Simpsons Wine Bottle of Canterbury Sparkling Rose 2018 and vineyard tour, a Suitcase year’s subscription and archive issues, a Fitzdares Club Dinner for two including wine and cocktails and a Moneycorp Gift card. All hamper items are subject to availability. Walpole reserves the right to swap out an item for something of the same value if it is not available.

  5. The hamper prize will be supplied by Walpole. The prize and the included items are non-transferable.

The NSPCC may use personal data from the received registrations and share this with Walpole for the purposes of running this free prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details, and deleted immediately once the draw has been completed, unless you have consented to hear more from Walpole or the NSPCC.   8. By entering this free prize draw entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the NSPCC, which are final in all matters relating to the free prize draw. 

  9. The NSPCC will not be responsible for technical failures or otherwise including any failure which is within the control of the NSPCC or its agencies.  The NSPCC reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend this draw for legal or technical reasons without any liability.  Any such alterations will be posted as soon as is reasonably possible. Events outside NSPCC control could result in a prize being replaced by a similar prize of equivalent value.
