Executive Leadership Team and Trustees

Details of the NSPCC Executive Leadership Team, senior executive pay in accordance with NCVO guidelines, and who our trustees are.

Our Executive Leadership Team

Our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) is made up of members who put the long term plans agreed by our Board of Trustees into action.

We’re often asked about the salaries our ELT are paid. Our rates of pay are set by our Trustees in line with equivalent-sized UK charities and guidelines set out by the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO). They’re designed to attract the top people with the greatest experience in fundraising and running large voluntary sector organisations.

We want the people in charge of the money you raise to be the very best in the business, to give us the greatest chance of helping as many children as we can, as quickly as we can.
