5k runs with #TeamNSPCC

Set yourself an achievable goal and help us to continue to be there for children. Which 5k run will you choose?

Run 5k for charity and help us be here for children

Our 5k charity runs are perfect for those seeking to improve their fitness, engage in a community of like-minded people and do themselves proud.

Whatever your location, age or running experience, #TeamNSPCC 5k charity runs allow us all to come together for a single purpose: to continue to be here for vulnerable children.

Take in the historic landmarks of Edinburgh, run alongside the beautiful Bournemouth coastline or conquer the exhilarating obstacle course of a Tough Mudder event - whichever you choose, you'll be doing something amazing for children!
