Conquer the Cardiff Half Marathon with #TeamNSPCC this autumn. Starting outside Cardiff Castle, run past the capital’s most iconic landmarks before a grandstand finish in the heart of the city.

You’ll receive an NSPCC running vest that you can personalise with your name so we can cheer you on as you run past our cheer points. We’ll also send you extra goodies if you reach our fundraising milestone.

Fundraising and training support
Fundraising support via email. Access to a personalised training plan from our training partner Full Potential. Regular zoom calls where you can talk to the training experts. You’ll have everything you need and more!

Our expert trainers Full Potential are with you every step of the way on your running journey.

- access to real coaches that you can email or call to get advice or reassurance that your training is going well
- training days where you come together with coaches and other participants
- access to the #TeamNSPCC Facebook group and #TeamNSPCC Strava group to help you keep in touch with your teammates.

FAQs
The 2026 Cardiff Half Marathon is taking place on Sunday 4 October 2026.
The registration fee is £40 and the minimum we ask you to fundraise is £300.
This comes directly from the event organisers, Run 4 Wales, and will be sent to you at least seven days before the event.
If you’re an overseas entrant, you’ll need to collect them from the Event Village. You’ll be emailed time and location details for this before race day.
Absolutely! Simply fill out our own place registration form and receive all the benefits.
