Contact the NSPCC Helpline
You can contact our Helpline by calling 0808 800 5000 between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, or by emailing [email protected] between 11am and 4pm, seven days a week. If you send an email when the service is closed, it won't be received, and we won't know that you've tried to get in touch.
If we have not yet responded to you and your concerns for the safety of a child increase, please contact the police or local Children’s Services directly. Please be assured that we'll action all contacts that our Helpline receives.

Under 18?
Childline offers free, confidential advice and support whatever your worry, whenever you need help.
Walk, jog or run the Peak District Challenge to raise money for children when they need us most.
Join 3,000 participants, pushing themselves further across the fabulous Peak District National Park. Fundraise for charity and make a real difference with your Challenge, whether you walk, jog, or run to your finish line.
Head out from Bakewell basecamp in the heart of the Peak towards Chatsworth House. From there, you’ll head towards Miller’s Dale with sections along the Monsal Trail, before heading back to Bakewell for a rest and refresh at the 53km mark. Full 100km Challengers will then travel into the southern Peak District with stunning views at Minninglow.
Tackle the challenge by yourself or as a team, choosing from a wide range of distances - there really is something for all abilities!
