Octopus Legacy

Octopus Legacy offer in-person Will writing support in your home. Choose from an in home face-to-face visit or a video call with one their Legacy Estate Planning Consultants.

To book your appointment, fill in their online form or call 020 4525 3605, quoting NSPCC. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9am–5:30pm.


National Free Wills Network

The National Free Wills Network has partnered with local solicitors across the UK to make it easy write or update your Will.

Just fill in the form below and they’ll send you a personalised pack with details of solicitors near you who are offering free Will-writing services. Then, you can book an appointment whenever it suits you.

Will Aid

During November your local solicitors are giving their time to write basic Wills in exchange for a suggested donation to Will Aid. Instead of paying the usual fee, you’ll be invited to donate:

  • £120 for a single basic Will
  • £200 for a pair of basic mirror Wills

Donations made throughout Will Aid month support the vital work of eight partner charities - including the NSPCC.

Will Aid

Free Wills Month

We cover the costs on your behalf, so you can write (or update) your Will and look after your loved ones and your chosen charity in a way that’s right for you.

If you chose to write (or update) your Will with Will Aid, you get your Will written by a trusted solicitor in return for a donation to Will Aid. Will Aid donations are divided between nine UK charities, including the NSPCC.

No, you don't need to tell us, but we don't know if someone has left us a gift in their Will unless they do.
