You can contact our Helpline by calling 0808 800 5000 between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, or by emailing [email protected] between 11am and 4pm, seven days a week. If you send an email when the service is closed, it won't be received, and we won't know that you've tried to get in touch.
If we have not yet responded to you and your concerns for the safety of a child increase, please contact the police or local Children’s Services directly. Please be assured that we'll action all contacts that our Helpline receives.

The NSPCC Raffle Club is an easy and fun way to support babies, children and young people across the UK and Channel Islands, while enjoying regular chances to win big.
As a part of the NSPCC Raffle Club, you'll:
- be automatically entered into every Seasonal Raffle and every Fast Entry Draw
- have the chance to win up to £10,000 in every draw, plus over 350 cash prizes

How the Raffle Club works

A simple, secure setup that only needs to be completed once.
3. Be automatically entered into every Seasonal Raffle
You'll be entered into all future Seasonal Raffles and every Fast Entry Draw without needing to sign up again.
4. Receive updates
We'll remind you of the upcoming draws seven days before they take place.

Every raffle entry helps us continue our work protecting children, preventing abuse and making sure young people have someone to turn to when they need help.
In 2025/26, over 14,500 counselling sessions were about abuse. With every £1 ticket you buy, we can continue to answer those calls and be there for children this Christmas and beyond.

FAQs
Entries start from just £1. You can choose to add an additional donation to your tickets. Your chosen raffle entry amount will be divided into monthly Direct Debit payments and automatically collected unless you choose to cancel.
Your Direct Debit will be collected at the start of each month. We'll let you know of the upcoming collection dates when we complete your sign up.
We have four Seasonal Raffles per year:
- New Year – March draw
- Spring – June draw
- Summer – September draw
- Christmas – December draw.
You could win one of 352 cash prizes for every raffle. The top prize is £10,000 and the second prize is £500. 50 runners-up will win £10 each. 300 runners up will win £5 each.
You’ll receive a notification seven days before every raffle to remind you that the draw is coming up. The results are announced on the Friday after each draw takes place. If you're one of our lucky winners, we'll be in touch using the contact details you provided when you joined. You can also check if you're a winner by visiting NSPCC Raffle Results.
As you'll be an NSPCC Raffle Club member, you'll be automatically entered into each draw, and we'll remind you of the upcoming draw seven days before it takes place.
Yes. You can cancel or change your Direct Debit anytime by contacting our dedicated Lottery and Raffle team on 0800 954 7391, Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays).
The NSPCC Raffle Club is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under the Gambling Act 2005.
Raffle information
In 2025, £1,294,940 was raised from ticket sales in our weekly lotteries and Seasonal Raffles, with 8.31% spent on prizes, 71.48% spent on expenses, and a fantastic 20.21% being used to fund our work, based on the Lottery and Raffle Submissions made by the NSPCC to the Gambling Commission, during the 2025 calendar year.
In 2025, the likelihood of winning a prize was, on average, 1 in 658 in our regular weekly lotteries and 1 in 285 in our Seasonal Raffles.
Terms and conditions
- Win up to £10,000. The winner will require ID to claim a prize, subject to further terms and conditions linked below.
- Winners will be notified as soon as possible after the draw.
- Entry to the Christmas Raffle closes on 14 December 2026 and the draw takes place on 18 December 2026. Fast Entry Draw closes on 20 November 2026 and the draw takes place on 23 November 2026.
- By purchasing these tickets you agree to these terms and conditions.
- If you have a complaint, please visit complaints and disputes.
- All profits from the NSPCC Raffle are used to fund the NSPCC and wherever the funds are needed most, that's where they'll go.
- Due to Gambling Commission regulations online ticket purchases can only be made using a debit card.
