With eight available meeting rooms all fitted with projectors and screens our training centre is ideal for events of all sizes. Holding up to 220 delegates, our conference hall has the facilities to host your event, with our range of meeting rooms on offer to accommodate your needs.
We pride ourselves on quality of service, highlighted by our MIA accreditation and ensure your event runs smoothly through our team of highly experienced conference coordinators. There is also a restaurant and coffee lounge on site with a courtyard area and free parking, all of which is accessible for wheelchair users.

Where is the NSPCC National Training Centre?

Do you have parking onsite?
We have 60 FREE car-parking spaces in front of the main building and a FREE overflow carpark situated 2 mins walk away. Directions will be supplied during the booking process.
Can I use public transport to travel to the Centre?
There is a bus Stop directly in front of the shopping centre — 5 mins walk from the centre. Leicester train station is accessible via bus or taxi.
Do you have bike storage available?
Bike racks are situated at the front entrance of the Centre.
Do you provide accommodation?
Accommodation is not available at the Centre. The nearest hotels are Premier Inn (Leicester Central) and Premier Inn (Leicester North-West). Other options within a 5-mile radius are The Hilton Hotel, Novotel, Holiday Inn and The Marriot, situated in the town centre.
What are your opening times?
The Centre opens Monday to Friday at 8am and closes a 6pm.
We have 3 sessions per day for room hire. These are as follows:
8am to 12:30pm to Morning Session
13:00 to 17:30 to Afternoon Session
18:00 to 21:00 to Evening Session
Saturday opening can be arranged on request depending on requirements.
What equipment is provided in the meeting room?
Each Room has a large screen and projector along with flip chart and pens. Microphones are supplied in the Conference rooms only however all other rooms have audio. Specific equipment can be hired at an extra cost and
Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my booking?
We do not ask for a deposit and will invoice after the event has taken place. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card if required.
What is your cancellation policy and can I amend my booking after the contract is signed?
12 to 16 weeks before scheduled booking date — 25% of the booking required
8 to 12 weeks before scheduled booking date — 50% of the booking required
2 to 8 weeks before scheduled booking date — 75% of the booking required
Less than 2 weeks before scheduled booking date — 100% of the booking required
We will of course try to accommodate amendments to bookings as much as possible.
Is there Wheelchair access to your venue?
We are a fully accessible building with accessible carparking spaces available.
Do you provide catering?
We have an outside catering company which provides a wide variety of breakfast and brunch buffets. We can also cater for most dietary requirements with exception of halal.
Can we bring our own food to the event?
We do not allow companies to bring their own food.
