We're looking for intrepid trekkers to join our fight for every childhood. Have you got what it takes?
Join 3,000 other challengers who will walk, jog, or run 100km from Capital to Coast.
It’s a Richmond start, over the North Downs and on through the Surrey and Sussex countryside on a route that’s 60% off road.
Some great views and challenging climbs over the South Downs before heading down for a Brighton finish. Paths, trails and wonderful scenery await - so if you only take on one challenge this year; make sure it’s this one and push yourself further than before!

Full 100km Challenge - starting Saturday morning
2 day Full 100km Challenge - starting early Saturday morning
56km Half Challenge – Richmond to Turners Hill
44km Half Challenge - Turners Hill to Brighton
30k Quarter Challenge - Oaks Park to Tulley’s Farm
- fully signed route, plus maps and GPS files
- the route is fully supported with pace walkers, marshals, medics and masseurs.
- food and rest stop on route
