Under 18?
Childline offers free, confidential advice and support whatever your worry, whenever you need help.
It's all about timing!
It’s a good idea to think about whether you do have a time frame in mind, as this may help you plan what activities you’d like to do for us and how quickly you need to let everyone know. If you’re choosing a shorter period, like a quarter of the year, you may want to pick a smaller activity per week or work towards one bigger activity at the end of each month.
If you’d like to choose us as your ongoing Charity of Choice, you might like to think about whether there will be set times in the year you’ll plan to arrange activities. You may choose to do one activity per month, like a dress-down day or a bake sale. Or you might want to do an annual activity fundraiser and choose something from our events and challenges, or create your own!

OB Construction case study
"OB Construction support the NSPCC as their cause is something we feel strongly about. Construction is underrepresented and our up-and-coming children will play a major part in the legacy and continuation of the industry.
We also recognise that mental health issues among young people are on the rise and feel that if we can successfully contribute to either of these matters, it'll be a step towards supporting our youth and their future.
At our facility, we have a weighbridge used by the general public. This service was historically offered free of charge, but we recently decided to donate money to the NSPCC on each use which has been received well. We also collected throughout our sites on Childhood Day to raise awareness of the NSPCC and will endeavour to do the same during the Christmas period.
Our NSPCC partnership has brought about positive reinforcements by bringing our teams together and hopefully we can enhance that as we participate in more events.
We aim to develop our relationship further and fundraise as much as we can before the end of the partnership."
