Our children’s practitioners deliver a range of preventative and therapeutic services from The Gower Centre in Stopford Road, St Helier, with some also available virtually.
Pregnancy in Mind supports parents-to-be who are at risk of experiencing anxiety and depression.
Seeking Solutions enables children and young people (7 -19 years) to access the help they need to deal with problems affecting their life, happiness and wellbeing.
Letting the Future In through our partnership with States of Jersey provides therapy for children and young people (4-17 years) to help them get their lives back on track after experiencing sexual abuse.

NSPCC Helpline provides advice and guidance for adults concerned about the wellbeing of a child, available by calling 0808 800 5000.

If you're worried a child may be struggling with their mental health or has anxiety about coronavirus (COVID-19), we've got advice to help you support them.
Letting the Future In
This therapeutic service is designed to help children and young people who have experienced sexual abuse rebuild their lives. We support children and young people aged between 4-17 so that they can recover from the impact abuse has had on their lives.
Our programme provides support to children and young people in Jersey with any issue that affects their emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.
Pregnancy in Mind
With the support of Lloyds Bank Foundation for the Channel Islands, The Ann Alice Rayner Fund, and The Association of Jersey Charities with funds from the Channel Islands Lottery, we are supporting parents’ mental health during pregnancy.
